BSAC’s Senior Director of Sports Programming, Theresa Hickie, has been awarded Public Citizen of the Year by the National Association of Social Workers (NAHW). This award annually recognizes someone that is not a social worker but carries out the philosophy NAHW believes in.

What an unbelievable night! BSAC’s 10th Anniversary Casino Night struck gold for families in need this past Friday night by amassing a whopping $50,000 in sponsorships, silent auction winning bids and ticket sales. High 5, Inc. is a community-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our purpose is to impact lives daily through superior educational and athletic programming that enhances physical, mental, and spiritual well being.

Ways to Get Involved

We are always looking for volunteers to help with our programs and special events. Register to get involved here.

Families are encouraged to become involved... for instance, Blue Wave moms may serve on the swim meet planning committee and many TRIDENT parents love to chaperone field trips.

Ways to Give

There are many ways to support High 5 and our programs. Donations and Sponsorships are always needed. You can donate monthly. Sponsor a program, event or a week of Summer Camp. We also appreciate the gift of your time!

We want to engage with parents raising their families within the greater Tampa community. We want to build relationships with people and businesses that are consistent with our mission of building families with healthy ideals.
