This course teaches fundamentals of safety, rules, and terminology of all sports for ages 8-14. Learn the essentials of offensive and defensive concepts in all team competitive sports. Develop and enhance a child’s athletic fitness and performance utilizing skill sets for sports movement, ball skills, absolute speed, acceleration, stretching techniques, strength training, and change of direction methods.
