Adult Learn to Swim Program 2019

The Adult swim class is for adults 18 years & older. We have 2 separate classes, beginner and intermediate.

The beginner class is designed to introduce swimmers to the aquatic environment. Some skills students will learn: getting comfortable in the water, floating on front and back, putting face in the water, breathing while swimming, kicking on front and back as well as the beginnings of stroke work, teaching the crawl stroke (freestyle) and back stroke.

The Intermediate swimmer class is designed to work on stroke technique, stroke improvement and endurance training. We will help you with personal goals in swimming such as becoming a Masters Swimmer or for triathlon training.
